In 2025, Amber Rice founded Atelier Lumiére with a simple yet powerful mission: to illuminate the hair journey for both guests and stylists. After years in the industry, she recognized that traditional salon environments often limited both the client experience and the creative freedom of stylists. She set out to create something different. Something brighter.​ Atelier Lumiére was born as a studio of light - a luminous, modern space designed to elevate every detail of the salon experience. For clients, it offers an environment where artistry and distinction meet, where each visit feels personal, inspiring, and transformative. ​From the radiant atmosphere of the studio to the thoughtful care of every service, Atelier Lumiére is more than a salon. It is a place where creativity thrives, individuality is celebrated, and brilliance shines through.

I specialize in beauty services with a focus on all hair care and extensions. I am dedicated to keeping up on all modern trends and pride myself in taking multiple advanced education classes every quarter. I strive to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and you can feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

When I am not working behind the salon chair, I cherish spending quality time with my family. I have two incredible little boys who keep me energized and inspired every single day!
Andrea Stevens

I have been doing hair since 2008 and have been full time behind the chair for 8+ years and I couldn’t be happier.
I have been inspired by so many talented stylists over the years but Phyllis Thode (owner of the great Headlines Salon of the Rockies) is the reason I do what I do and love it.
So many stylist specialize in certain things, I would have to say I specialize in the client. I take pride in making sure our consultations are on point and we are both comfortable with the goal.

David Marcus Newton
Master Stylist
David has been a hairstylist in Colorado for over thirteen years. He believes that communication is key to his clients receiving the cut and color they love, and a thorough consultation is a must. Whether it’s a light, airy cut, a big change, or gray coverage, his skill can achieve what you need. Be it a brush, a razor, or shears in his hand, he is more than adept at achieving a great result.
His training began at Aveda Institute Denver, and further advanced training included Vidal Sassoon cutting methods, the prestigious Red Chocolate color approach, and the Calligraphy Cut method.
When David is not behind the chair, he loves spending time with his family, European and domestic travel, reading, and cinema.

With 28 years of experience behind the chair, I’ve learned that beautiful hair starts with a meaningful connection. While I specialize in precision cutting and personalized color—from blended blondes, rich multidimensional tones, or seamless gray coverage —my true focus is on the person sitting in my chair.
I believe the best results come from truly listening. I take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, ensuring your color is perfectly tailored to your lifestyle and personality. My goal is to create a space where you feel completely welcomed and at ease from the moment you arrive.
When you’re with me, I want you to feel like you can leave the rush of the day behind. I’ve dedicated my career to making sure every client has a relaxing, inviting experience and leaves the salon feeling refreshed, confident, and truly happy with their look.

Erin Moreno
Stylist
Erin is a seasoned hairstylist with over 23 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is deeply passionate about helping people look and feel their best from the inside out, creating an environment where every client feels comfortable, loved, and truly valued. Erin believes a salon visit should be more than just a service — it should be a high-quality experience rooted in care, connection, and confidence.
Throughout her career, Erin has worked with many professional color and product lines and has served as an educator, sharing her knowledge and passion with others in the industry. She has completed education and advanced training with Kevin Murphy, Alfaparf, Eufora, L’Oréal Professionnel, Tony & Guy, and has worked with Jane Iredale skincare and makeup.
Erin’s signature style focuses on beautiful, achievable hair — adding thoughtful pops of color and detail while keeping each look simple, elegant, and easy to maintain at home.
Outside the salon, Erin adores spending time with her large, close-knit family, including her three boys, husband, parents, five sisters, brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. She is deeply passionate about encouraging and supporting those battling cancer, as she is a two-time cancer survivor herself. Her faith plays a central role in her life, and she treasures time spent with God, traveling whenever possible, and volunteering as a way to give back what God has so generously given her.
Kim Alexander
Stylist
I’m excited to be trading the beach for the mountains and bringing 10 years of Southern California experience to Colorado this April. Working in SoCal shaped my love for soft, lived-in blondes and dimensional color with that effortless, laid-back feel.

While blonding is a favorite, I also love creating dimensional brunettes, blending or covering grey, and designing haircuts that complement each person’s natural texture and lifestyle. My goal is always the same: hair that feels modern, natural, and confidence-boosting — without the stress.

Outside the salon, I’m looking forward to exploring Colorado, spending more time outdoors, and soaking up new experiences with my husband, our adult kids, and our two dogs.

Lyndsay is a L’Oréal Professionnel Artist with over 25 years of experience behind the chair and two decades as an educator. After spending 10 years in New York City specializing in color, she has developed a deep passion for all aspects of hairstyling. Her career has taken her from the salon to the set, with experience in fashion week preparations, photo shoots, and music videos. Lyndsay loves sharing her knowledge and creativity with other stylists, helping them grow their skills and confidence behind the chair.
